I Love Trekking Nepal offers a grand adventure to the Everest / Gokyo. Trekking with our team of professional field staff leads you on an outstanding trek, visiting the high lush valley of the Khumbu, with time to explore villages and monasteries and to sample the incredible hospitality of the Sherpa people. The adventure begins with a sweeping flight to Lukla, a popular destination, which provides a fascinating contrast to the high mountains capes as we approach. Trek slowly to Phakding the first day and night’s camping spot. Next day, we trek up to Namche Bazaar.
Everest Gokyo trekking ample time to acclimatize, before following the quiet trail to Gokyo and Khumjung village in the high valley and visiting the ancient Buddhist monastery here. At Khumjung, be treated to incredible views of Khangtiaga, Thamserku and the Nuptse-Lhotse wall with Mt. Everest rearing above. At Khumjung, we camp below Khunbila peak, home of the patron God of the Khumbu, before making our way through lovely forests towards Pangboche and Thyangboche- the highlights of the adventure. The views throughout are tremendous a panorama of snow-capped mountains ranges on all sides and much more exciting fun and enjoyment on the way.
